RENTALS:
Kayaks and Canoes
Our fleet consists of a mix of polyeythylene and fiberglass kayaks, double and single, as well as some recreational kayaks from our rental fleet in Brudenell The boats include Necky, Boreal Designs, Perception, Dagger and Seaward models.
North Rustico: We do not do rentals from our North Rustico location. This is due to liability concerns as this location experiences fast-moving tides, busy boat traffic, and sudden weather changes. Exceptions are experienced paddlers able to do a self or assisted rescue.
Kayak Rentals include:
P.F.D with whistle, spray skirt, paddles, spare paddle, pump (for kayaks) or bilging container, paddle float and tow rope.

Brudenell: Canoe and recreational kayak rentals are readily available at this location under favourable weather conditions. Our fleet includes single recreational kayaks, double recreational kayaks and canoes. All required safety equipment is included with every boat rental.

Bicycles Rentals
Enjoy a bike ride on the excellent trails around Brudenell Provincial Park or on a paved road with a wide shoulder in Prince Edward Island National Park. Our staff are happy to advise you on the best cycling routes from both of our locations. Our bike fleet consists of Giant Cypress DX and Specialized Crossroads bicycles. These bikes have smooth tyres, flat handlebars, front suspension and 24 speeds, making them comfortable to ride on most road surfaces. The riding position is fairly upright. Rental rates include a helmet (mandatory in PEI) and lock if requested.
Also available are child trailers, children’s bikes, youth bikes (24” wheels) and a tandem bicycle.

- Reservations are greatly recommended.
- Equipments are considered reserved upon receipt of 25% deposit. VISA, MasterCard or Amex is preferred, however, a personal cheque, if received no less than 21 days prior to departure is acceptable.
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to departure date will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
- Cancellations made 8-30 days prior to departure date will receive a refund of the deposit amount less a $20 administration fee.
- Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to departure date are not subject to refund - Outside Expeditions Inc., will retain the full deposit amount to a maximum of $250.
- Rental fees up to a maximum of $100 are deductible off the purchase price of a new kayak or canoe. Receipts must be produced at the time of purchase - so hang onto them!
